4. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors must:

Fulfill orders on time
Comply with all relevant import/export and consumer protection laws
Maintain good customer service practices

5. Marketplace Fees

CaricomMarketplace.com may charge commission fees to vendors per sale. Fee structures are outlined in the Vendor Agreement and may be updated periodically with notice.
